Hey guys! I hope your outlines are going great, and that you're getting some wonderful stories written!

Since outlining and story prep can be a long process (and rather personal), remember that you don't need to post your outlines here unless you directly want feedback. I'm more interested in where in the process you are, and whether or not it's working!

For me right now, I'm working through a revision. Outlines are excellent revision tools, since they allow you to plan the changes you need to make for a story. I used a tentpole outline for this revision, with the addition of a chapter by chapter outline (see outlining types class) to help me know exactly what wasn't working in each chapter. I'm about 70% through the revision and definitely feel like the story is changing for the better.
