Carmen! This is awesome! I can totally see the Impressionist influence, and I'm glad you chose a movement that pushed you out of your comfort zone. The style and whimsical feel is really great, and the contrasting color palette is strong. It makes me think of the changing seasons from Winter to Fall, with Fall marching in! Fantastic work! :D

I really love the Art Nouveau, but I wanted to do something different, I wanted to use my soft pastels so I chose impressionism, mixed with my style.
It's an illustration of a mountain and trees in fall, I hope you don't confuse them with a forest in fire XD
