Icebreaker 456-123

Group of 4 people (2-3 if you have a smaller group)
On paper, list 5 words, each with 6 syllables (write large enough to be seen around the room.)
Post the team’s list at the front of the room.
(Team who finished FIRST gets the first win!)

Groups choose together their favorite from each other group’s papers – put a tally next to each.
(Team with the SECOND most tallies gets the second win!)

Leader - choose 3 papers to remain hanging. Remove the others.
Individuals – create a new 3 syllable word made from one syllable from each paper, along with a definition. Write this on a post-it note.
Throughout the day, during breaks or when time, everyone vote for their favorite by putting a tally on the post-it note.
(The person with the THIRD most tallies gets the third win!)

Alternatives: Vote for the best, the funniest, the most believable, the most thoughtful, etc.
