Roar! This fierce Mama bear is protecting her cubs in style!

 

I used watercolor inks for the first layer of the bear because it creates really smooth bleads, which is one of the elements of Amarilys’s artwork that I love. The background is with Daniel Smith and Windsor & Newton Cottman (sp?) watercolors. Canson watercolor paper.
