Karen, this is really beautifully done!  We have dozens of hummingbirds on our feeders every summer and I just love them.  Great job!

This is well done Karen, on your next attempt, try letting the water in the wings do a little more of the work.  Trying mixing this one with the last one you did, in the last one we let the water pull the pigments down more.  The feathers around the face and the eye are fantastic here. So is the eye and the beak.
