I struggle with this as a trader. In the investment management industry we are challenged to develop a process and establish a track record. This is a common practice in sports, law, politics and everyday life.

Decisions shape our ability to lead

Mapping this process into an exact science can often distract from being authentic and unique to our own abilities. Decisions are personal, which is why I'm excited to explore this topic in our next class.
