Information discretion: Never share private information regarding visitors or staff to third parties.
Prioritization: Prioritize incidents valuing place and time. What happens on the hotel right now, usually should be prioritized as urgent.
Phone etiquette: Don't disturb your manager and at the same time try to help the person calling. Be kind and warm. It helps to smile also as it radiates a positive attitude through the phone call.
E-mail etiquette: Be kind and consice. If you are sending an e-mail in a different country, use in your phrasing the current time of day in your country.
