Guided meditations

I've been doing all sorts of meditations, and lately I started doing the 21 day shadow work meditations from the book "Shadow work" by Isabelle Grey. The last one was about confronting my shadow & the way I project it unto others. Of course, there were parts of relaxation and centering in that meditation, like noticing my breathe patterns and how those deepen as the meditation progresses. Thank you for the course - it's just what I needed! 🙂❤️
