TURNING EXERCISE INTO A HABIT

I like to go jogging/running in the morning each day to help me feel better and keeping my health in check and increase my breathing as to avoid having any health problems that are shown by the health organizations. It also gives me a sense of routine to help keep me focus on one task and relieve any stress and anxiety that I build up and be able to make plans for each task one at a time and I take 30 minutes of aerobic exercise before and stretch before and after running for about 30 minutes. I begin to start this exercise in the morning and start around 7 am, which will give me more time in the morning to focus on other tasks after finishing my workout. I have a fit bit watch to keep track of the steps I have taken each day. I am changing from getting up later in the morning to early in the morning to help me adapt to changing into a healthy lifestyle.
