Gnome Tower !

I didn’t trace this and that was the first challenge… second challenge, using hot press paper that dried quickly and didn’t give me that easy textured bloom. Third challenge: I usually do small paintings because they are easier to draw and manage. This one is 9x12 and  will be a gift for a friend who loves gnomes and she likes it so … it’s a win-win: another great class where I discover if this is my style and how I’d like to keep painting, and a gift someone appreciates. Thanks, Kerrie! Your classes also help me to slow down a little because I hate waiting and doing layers sometimes while painting… love the fall colors palette also! Added some gold mica ink all around (I can’t seem to paint without it) and some pastel and Posca pen to the beards… Kerrie, you are pretty good with the bleed proof! LOL I find it a little challenging. I did add it here as well but maybe not as liberally.
