Germinating blueberries, zucchini, and tomatoes.
BLUEBERRIES
- Freeze blueberries for 90 days before extracting seeds
- Fill 3 inch box with sphagnum peat moss
- Sprinkle seeds over moss. Cover with thin layer of moss
- Place box in a warm room with bright light
- Seeds may take four to six weeks to germinate but some may take up to 3 months
ZUCCHINI
- Keep soil moist
- Lots of light in space regularly 68-95
- Seeds should germinate in 7 - 14 days
TOMATO
- Keep in a room 70-80
- Cover with a humidity dome for 7-14 days until plant sprouts
- Don’t need light to germinate, but once plant breaks the surface move to bright location with plenty of light or grow lights.
- Water every other day from the bottom
- Gently pet the plant to help develop storm stems. Rotate to prevent bending.
