Here's my final project from creating this course. I really enjoyed creating this one and hope you all enjoy it as much as I do.

I really think these techniques can have a broad application on so many cool digital artworks and opens up a whole new avenue if you're new to mocap and looping animation.

I also tweaked a still frame of my final animation just to show how different you can make the same animation look, with just a few color adjustments in post. (In After Effects I just added a curves adjustment and affected the blue channel curve.)
