Hey Connor - thanks for sharing your figure drawing studies with us. Both of these figures communicate movement - and that is seen with your drawings! Starting with the male running figure, the proportions and shapes line up well with our reference, and the negative spaces do so for the most part as well. There is a slight difference between the amount of space from the nose to the forearm, and the shoulder space between that, so that area I would double check if you wanted to move the arm and bicep closer to the face. Due to the distance, the shoulder on the right side, as well as the arm pit are seem to be protruding out more than the reference. Otherwise, with the male figure if you wanted to overlap the raised foot shoe with the knee of the foot further back, you could, but you don't have to. It may add to the more realistic, natural look as the raised foot right now does not overlap the knee, but lines up with the knee perfectly. Nonetheless, the proportions of this figure are otherwise done well, and communicate the gesture well.  The female figure is also done well! There is an area of negative space that the bent arm creates beside the body (a triangle), but it's difficult to see the line of the back of the body, so I would suggest adding that pencil line back in. The proportions are otherwise reference the original inspiration well - good stuff!  If you have any questions - feel free to comment them and we can discuss.
