Focaccia 101

It didn't go exactly as planned - I had to add more flour but the end result was excellent.  It had some nice bubbles in the bread that she talked about. So I think it was a success that way and the taste was great, too!  I'll bake it again!  (I don't understand why Skillshare changed the photos to be sideways!
