Joe's Blue is an American Journey pigment sold by Cheap Joe's. I usually use the American Journey paints only for the large , abstract watercolors I create by pouring, throwing, dripping, splattering and atomizing color. It is less expensive, allowing me to mix large quantities without going broke. I don't like it for other painting techniques because it has too much binder in it for my liking. I make the exception for Joe's Blue because I adore it so much. I would have to google the pigment number. Honestly, I've never paid any attention to pigment numbers.

These are all beautiful, Chris. I love the gradients...this is something that I haven’t “gotten” yet, which is undoubtably a signal to get crackin’ on it! I like “Joe’s blue” but am wondering what pigment number it is and what brand. No rush on this request.
