First time using gouache, and a cheap set at that.  I think I added too much water.  When I went back for a second coat, the new layer picked up the first layer.... 

Flat Cat was also much smaller at first.  I had to enlarge him (more fish) but am still not sure if my composition follows all the rules.... I think I painted more like "or just do your own thing"!
