I used an old watercolor background that I made a few months ago and did not know what to do with. Then I added the flowers with a Sharpie marker. On top of that, I added stencils in acrylic paint - then added black acrylic paint and then re-did the stencils in another color. For the white accents, I used a Jot Correction Pen from Dollar Tree.
