This class has been sitting in my saved list for a while, ever since I saw the beautiful colours in the project, and the image so unlike anything I would think to paint by myself.

Finding the positive in what I've done, there is some sense of depth and I like the way the background colours work together.

Areas to work on are getting the paint to flow and diffuse out, which I should know by now is harder on this paper than some others, but it can be done.

The leaves themselves could be crisper in outline, at the moment they are merging into each other and the background. I think the shadows I used ended up too similar to the background rather than echoing the leaf colours. My veins feel too heavy and although I can see how in theory the spatter adds to the image, I'm not particularly happy with the effect I've achieved.
