This was a fun project!  

My biggest hurdle was working with the thickness of the paper; I have some thinner colored paper and will use that the next time. I might even try it with "advertising" (labels, etc.) collaged in the background/ outside the head. 

I couldn't figure out why the purple strip to the right had that those weird grids, then remembered that the paper has a kind of linen texture on one side. Next time I would use two pieces of purple with the dark, textured side out. The green at the bottom is okay, but I don't like that vivid yellow eye.
