My primary focus: ​My focus will continue to be building and maintaining positive habits, a sense of accomplishment, clarity of purpose, a good start to the day, learning and discovery, curiosity, reflection, selflove, ME time, injecting fun and play during each day, and shaking things up when it gets boring.
What habits will I do? Meditation, journaling, gratitude, lucid dreaming, stretching, walking, spending time outside, and reading
What is my daily focus? (optional)
- Monday: Do something on my bucket list
- Tuesday: Go to the rec center and workout
- Wednesday: Astral projection practice
- Thursday: Watch a movie on Netflix
- Friday: Do something just for fun
- Saturday: Go outside in nature
- Sunday: Reflect on prior week
Routine Breakdown:
- 7:00 am: Wake up, make bed, bathroom, brush teeth (10 min)
- 7:10 am: Write in journal (dreams, gratitude, daily goals, affirmations) (10 min)
- 7:20 am: Eat breakfast, make coffee (10 min)
- 7:30 am: Daily focus (see above) 60 minutes
- 8:30 am: Shower (20 min)
- 8:50 am: Do dishes, tidy up any messes (25 min)
- 9:15 am: Reading (15 min)
- 9:30 am: Break, miscellaneous (15 min)
- 9:45 am: Meditate, stretching, yoga, weights (15 min)
- 10:00 am: Start work, no internet, set primary focus (30 min)
Bedtime focus:
- No screens or digital devices 30 minutes before bed
- Sit quietly at bedside for 5 minutes before going to bed
- Mentally rehearse my intentions for tomorrow morning so I know what I'll do right when I wake up
- Set intentions to remember my dreams and that my sleep be restful and peaceful
