The main source is sunlight, if you want to use sunlight then add white curten in wiindow so for that light will get scatre, and if you can then add black curten to opposite side of window , so for that you will get soft diffusion light from one side and some negative from other side.
Keep light in center, frontal and high up. and use reflector to fill in shadow.
45° KEY LIGHT
Placing the keylight on a 45 degree angle creates significant contrast on the face. Add a reflector or white card to shape/fill the shadows.
Three Quarter Backlight
