It is always such a pleasure to watch you painting. Your style is so lovely and delicate. I am trying to get looser - that works while I am following your painting, but there is still a long way for me to go with my own subjects!

In this painting I like the shadows on the light part of the house, but I forgot them on the grass in the foreground. Still I am quite happy with it.

 

 

I did a pencil sketch on location, sitting on a terrace opposite the house (the final painting I did at home). People made preparations for a music outdoor event next day in the courtyard. I could have drawn some more tables, benches and people - but I felt a bit overwhelmed with so many details although they make the painting come alive. But - it's nothing but practice! ;)
