How To Develop Self- Worth

DEFINING SELF – WORTH

Today, I have been thinking back at the times of how felt that I am not worth because I was feeling depressed and hypersensitive as I become overwhelmed, and made mistakes that I thought as not learning how to learn to forgive myself and learn from them. Also not being able to allow myself to grow.

I begin to reflect on those and remember the accomplishments that I have achieved throughout the years to today. How I overcome them is with the support from family and friends who help me develop positive self – worth in growing from past experiences.

The 10 achievements I have achieved:

  • Graduate High School and earned my Diploma.
  • Earn an Associates Degree from Community College.
  • Becoming an Auntie to 4 kids from each sibling with family.
  • Earning certificates from online Skill Share classes.
  • Got a stable job for a year.
  • Becoming a volunteer for a local library.
  • Change in my diet for more healthy food.
  • Be able to wake up early in the morning than later.
  • Read a verse from Bible Scriptures that helps me feel positive.
  • Develop a regular exercise routine early in the morning each day.
