What fun! Thank you, Nia, for such a lovely class!! This is my second attempt  (my first cup was way too purple!!) I made two pigment substitutions - (Madder Lake by White Nights in lieu of Rose Madder; Payne's Gray in lieu of Graphite Grey), but I think they worked.

I was drawn to this project for a couple of reasons. First, I have painted w/Nia about a year ago when I watched one of her YouTube video lessons on how to paint a window with flowers, and I loved the lesson. I've noticed she is quite skilled at painting food, which I have never attempted... so I was a bit nervous. Secondly, I recently purchased a coffee organizer to be a part of a coffee bar in my kitchen. I wanted some artwork to dress it up, and I thought this might be a nice addition. I now just hope that it won't make me hungry every time I see it! haha
