I had so much fun painting along with Melinda. I did have a few panicky moments when my paper was drying too fast and I wasn’t quite ready with my paint mixes. All of this will hopefully become easier with time. I had a laugh out loud moment as I was listening to Melinda and she was just as calm as could be. That’s when I realized—it’s just paint and paper and enjoy it! I am pleased with my first attempt as shown here and will undoubtedly take what I’ve learned in this class and apply it to other little meadow scenes. Thanks for teaching me so much Melinda.
