The name is Crassula Arborescens from the Crassulaceae family.  I got it last winter and it lived inside, but it wasn't very happy and didn't grow much.  I put it outside all summer and it appears to like the full blinding sun.  This is the only one I don't have to shade.  Some of my others can sunburn in the summer sun and have to hide behind planters or large pots. This one is inside for winter again but I have increased the supplemental light it gets.
