Curious - The Cat

My favorite book!

I don't have a favorite, but I chose 2 books to keep as a reference for my story building and illustrating as well.

The prompt question - Why should curiosity kill the cat?

My explanation - I think, being curious is an excellent part of personality. A kid/ person should be curious to KNOW and to LEARN. Because when you learn, you grow. And growth can be in any form, from learning something new that you are good at or learning something that you are bad at. It creates a more self-aware and confident person.

My story is called curious the cat. I am naming the cat curious, to make it a more understanding and reliable character.

Curious the cat, is a story of a cat who is a curious little kitten. He is learning new things, asking curious questions and taking brave steps. This picture book is a story of this cat!

Here is my manuscript for this book -

In the above manuscript, I have tried to focus on making my story on a more realistic yet conceptual level. The kitten goes through each emotion of being silly, curious, scared and brave. I wanted to highlight these emotions to communicate how important these are for a child's personality.
