Step-By-Step Guide

Routine Beginner

  1. I would like to start with decreasing the amount of caffeine drinks in my daily routine.
  2. Because too much caffeine increases the hyper tension and panic attacks comes with risking high anxiety that can occur at any time.
  3. To remind is to take at least 2 cans per day and switch to water and tea for the evening time every night to relax my senses.
  4. The routine is to take 2 medicines for my anxiety in the morning and exercises to calm myself and taking 1 medicine pill before bedtime to help me sleep peacefully.
  5. To reward myself, I will take relaxation in watching a show of movie, and to socialize with family to do this movie time together.
  6. If there is a feeling of giving up from the motivation, I will write a note of the routine to remind myself to never stop doing this to help making positive time from doing what I love to do.
  7. Turning this behavior into a habit will make me feel better about doing this to help me get through each day without worrying about what will happen in the future. And to help assure the people around me to feel happy and supportive with each other.
