Several areas need more practice.1. You need to work drawing from observation. Focus on getting the alignment of objects relative to other objects as accurate as possible. The main thing that caught my attention was the bottom of the building isn't horizontal, so at a glance it doesn't look right. So spend some time to draw what you see instead of what you think you see.2. For colouring, as much as possible try to colour a single big area with one continuous wash instead of using several washes, e.g. ground. So using a bigger brush may help a lot. 3. When painting, think about contrast. You don't have to worry too much about mixing colours as long as you stick strictly to a limited colour palette. I feel like the area beneath the roof can be slightly darker to contrast against the top of the sun-lit roof. 4. I see that you did not draw too much details and that's alright. When at beginner stages, you can learn faster by practicing the general techniques first, the details are just extras to enhance the sketch at the later stage. So it's more important to get the drawing done right at the start, followed by adding colours, shadows, and finally details

1. I know the base of the house is not horizontal. That’s a glaring mistake. 
2. Yes a bigger brush would definitely give a continuous wash as compared to a smaller brush as it holds more water and colour in one go. Although I had used a bigger brush but I have to learn how to get a continuous wash. The ground wasn’t done properly enough. 
3. True that the house looks monotonous and no concept of light is seen with a single shade of grey. 
4. I ll try to add details as well as I learn further.
