I practiced the affirmations. I absolutely love affirmations and have 9 of them I practice everyday - I added the ones you had written out to my daily affirmations and will be practicing them every day. Thank you.

Releasing Judgement [Fill in the blanks].
- I let go of the need to judge myself for being disabled.

- I let go of the need to diminish myself by convincing myself that I’m unworthy of attention, care and respect.

Deciding what I want people to see in my eyes,

Finally, I'd like to share to you why I took this class. There are two reasons, one is purely because you're a fantastic instructor and so far I enjoy your classes the most out of all the ones I have had the pleasure of taking. And number two is:
Since I was a child I was bullied for my disability. I walk weird, I look weird, I am weird - all of this because when I was born I had a stroke. Unfortunately, people do not know that when they look at me so they think badly of me right off the bat. I know because I've become hypersensitive to what people say about me when they see me and now I cannot maintain a conversation without absolutely freaking out in my mind wondering what the person is thinking of me and whether they are judging me. It's very unhealthy and it is stopping me from achieving meaningful connections - because after all, people are allowed to look and make comments. I need to learn to accept that this is how things are going to be. I wish I could learn to like myself more and I think these affirmations and your classes are helping me take the necessary steps to become better. So, thank you, Eunice. <3
