The palace of goverment, is a place downtown in the city of Tepic. In front of it is a plaza with gardens, benches and alleys. I go by there almost everyday. I like the dramatic skies mainly this time of year. Rainy season, clouds add drama and spectacle. Rain goes by quick, it can be sunny and one of a sudden clouds built up or move in. It gets dark and cloudy it rains and the sun comes back again. The palace of goverment has public offices inside, also has murals and ceiling painting, next time I'll do the inside.
