Love this simple and clean design! 

The CC I was using is current, but it still worked. I had a few problems with resizing QR code, but eventually everything worked out alright.

My color is a bit too light for the QR code. It's not a problem, I only tried to follow the tutorial and learn the steps and ideas.

Couldn't find your Font, so I used whatever was available.

I did save the document in .pdf format, as suggested.

Though I would love to learn how to place these two images on one page.

If it is possible, of course.
