Hello again! Let's start on what works so far.  Leg and foot sketch, really good first attempt on these.  The arms you've come at it with the right mindset, you just need to work on the foundations more, in particular you need a little more structure and this is where boxes might need to come in. The one thing I'm noticing across your sketches is a lack of box shapes. Whilst it's perfectly fine to use balls and cylinders, we have to also remember that the box is the shape that gives us the most information positionally, which is going to become important for something like the ribcage and pelvis. So, I'm going to recommend a couple of things for you to work on.   First, simple box drawing exercises.  spend 5 mins warming up with those every day (ball and cylinders too of course).  Second, slow things down a little more. Right now things are looking a little too rushed in your sketches. Gradually build layers of your sketch up.  Start with light yet well structured foundations, and gradually layer in the more refined shapes and forms over the top. Try to avoid drawing over the same area too much, or if you do, build it up lightly. We don't want to just quickly drawing things in, we want slow and controlled. Think about being delicate with your figures, as if you're actually drawing over someones body. Soft, slow and light. Speed will come with time and practice. Third, cross contours, you've got the right idea but draw the cross contours all the way around your figure like it's a wireframe.  This helps with understanding 3D more. Finally shape choice - start asking yourself more refined questions about the shapes you see.  For instance, a cylinder is a good basic shape for the forearm, but a more recognisable shape is a cylinder that starts to flatten out and become more box like at one end. Get into the habit of now asking these more refined questions.  You can still lean towards one form/shape over the other, but start analysing the body part more and asking what can I add/subtract to make this shape/form more accurate.  So, keep going with these, you're making steady improvements here.  Let me know if you have any questions! :)

This lesson was pretty challenging but I'm still trying to work better at solid construction.
