Jessica, thanks to you, I learned some new techniques today!  I have a crowquill pen.  Why have I never thought of loading it with watercolor?  And I have never tried using rubbing alcohol like that before.  If I use this alcohol technique more in the future, I think I will have to get an applicator bottle like you have.  Dropping the alcohol with a small brush wasn't as precise.  And I think I have to work on my splatter technique as well.  It kind of went everywhere, but where I wanted it.
