Timeline and deliverables

I will write and illustrate one of the 36 parts every morning, Monday to Friday. The complete story and set of images will be finished within 2 months.

Creative idea

The story of Etta. A lady alone in a tiny paradise. Discussing her life, loves and hopes with a demon from the sea.

The whole story will be spread over 36 pieces of flash fiction, sometimes ending in a pun. Other times in Twilight Zone moments of strangeness. Each with an accompanying image (as posted above).

The story would be written and displayed in a way, lending itself to being published in a graphic novel as well as online individual stories. These would be sent to Tumblr, Instagram and Twitter.

Introduction

Etta finds herself on an island where she eeks out an idyllic life in a small paradise. Completely alone, she dreams up personalities for the animals, rocks, trees, and coral and begins talking to them. All's well until the coral reef begins answering her back.
