Kathy, this turned out beautifully. Your irises feel wonderfully luminous and delicate. The soft transitions in the lavender and pink petals are very well controlled, and I especially love how you handled the fine veining - it adds structure without making the petals look heavy or overworked. The warm yellow beards are a perfect focal accent and really bring life to each flower. The overlapping blooms and the vertical rhythm of the leaves create a natural flow through the painting, and the gentle, glowing background supports the flowers without competing with them. It’s a very elegant, well-balanced piece - expressive, fresh, and clearly painted with confidence. You should be very happy with this result 🌷🍀😊
