Again I was waiting for the right opportunity to listen to Amarilys nuggets of wisdom. I knew this class would be very useful and I learned SOOOOO MUCH. Thank YOU!!

Although I do use watercolour I have not done many wreaths to date, especially not 'real' looking ones where the whole wreath is painted in one go. It meant I had to really consider my pallet choice so each leaf contrasted against the next, and flow well.

I feel wreath itself is so so - but I had plans for it, and the extra leaves I painted....

...I scanned the wreath and incorporated line details in PS. As well as adding this fox sitting happily inside the wreath. I'm really pleased I've moved outside my comfort zone ( as I don't really illustrate animals either) and created something I'm super pleased with.
