The sample cards I created for the class - each one uses watercolor to color the backgrounds and focal points. 

The backgrounds finished. I loved working the autumn colors. 

 

Focal points colored and cut out. Fussy cutting takes a bit of time but I find really relaxing. 

 

The mushrooms card - I fussed with those leaves for ages but I'm glad I kept them in. They add a nice touch to the card. 

 

The leaves card - if in doubt always add lace:)

 

And last but not least the pumpkin card - the contrast and white balance was important to get right with this one and I like the coloring on the pumpkin, the wet into wet blend worked out very well.
