Thank you for the class. You are a great instructor and I hope you do more classes with simpler paintings like this. 

This is my third oil painting. Trying really hard to loosen up and have a fun carefree style. When I work in acrylics I tend to paint very tightly. Not too bad for my 3rd painting.

Positives: Somewhat loose, had fun, I like my drawing, I like the background.

Room for improvement: Wasn’t happy with color of shadow. The shadow itself is ok, but the color doesn’t really feel like it has overal harmony with the rest of the painting. Not a fan of the yellow highlight. Would like to be a little looser with the stems, they feel stiff. Perhaps I could have had some broken lines or something. I am wondering if I could have had a few softer edges around the cherries?
