After Meditation
I was having a very stressful day and came across your class. After praying for God to remove some anxieties I was feeling, I started meditating following your prompts. I was tense in my shoulders and had low on energy. To help myself relax, I first organized my room and turned on the fan, as its sound calms me. I then followed your meditation instructions, focusing on letting go. By the end, I felt calm, in a better mood, and more alert. Now, as I return to work, I feel refreshed. Thank you, and God bless!
