Accordion and perfect-bound books

Thanks so much for this class, Shelley, I enjoyed your presence, the friendly, confident, yet warm tone with which you present each video session, and the how-to content itself. I'll add this to a review. I had to try out this book as soon as I watched it.

**** And now I've made a few more regular bound books including this perfectly bound type that I'm adding to my project now. Adding pics below.****

I used one sheet of watercolour paper to make it, and for the covers, I cut up a watercolour abstract bookmark I had made earlier that I didn't care for much :D - it has given me a pretty and fun set of covers here, so thanks for sharing that tip. This is the back:

For the belly band (such a cute name) I crocheted it in a colour that went with the cover, and stuck on a watercolour-paper flower to decorate it after painting the centre a bit. I hope to try other binding methods as well as I continue the class!
