One inclusive product I use daily is YouTube. Its accessibility features, such as closed captions, screen reader compatibility, and playback speed controls, make content accessible to individuals with hearing or vision impairments, as well as those with cognitive differences. These features position YouTube as a leader in providing an inclusive experience. However, there is room for improvement, particularly in enhancing the accuracy of automatic captions in non-English languages. Overall, YouTube exemplifies how digital products successfully incorporate inclusivity into their design. By prioritizing inclusivity, YouTube significantly enhances the user experience for a diverse global audience.
