I made all the collage papers in Procreate and the "tissue" paper focal point on top. It needed some depth so I added watercolor splashes and darkened the edges of some of the papers with watercolor. All the marks are made from brushes I created in Procreate. The stitches are from brushes I just purchased from https://artifexforge.com. Jeremy makes some of the best brushes, I highly recommend them.
