Some personal reasons kept me away from making classes for a long time. I’m back now, and from here on I’ll be right here with you, learning lots of new things together.

My new class is live: On-Model: Keep Your AI Characters Consistent Across 50 Images

If you’ve ever made an AI character who looks perfect in one image and like a completely different person in the next, this class is for you. You’ll learn a simple, repeatable system:

• The Character Bible: one page that pins your character down in plain nouns
• The Frozen Set: a room built once and locked, so nothing wanders
• The Locked Block: change one thing at a time, and nothing else moves
• The Seven-Leaf Test: count before you like it, and catch drift early

You’ll finish with six poses of one person, not six cousins. It works with ChatGPT, Ideogram, Google Flow, Midjourney or whatever tool you already use.
