Thanks so much for this wonderful class Kimberly! The instructions were very clear, and your warm and enthusiastic attitude made me super excited to try out a project!

I chose an old quote by William Davies, a Welsh poet who already thought a hundred years ago that the pace of life was detrimental to the human spirit! Not sure what he would make of our lives today… 

I love the quote, but found it tricky to get the right sort of spacing when I laid it out on paper. I’m also new to brush lettering so my lines, spacing and slant aren’t as smooth as I would like! I’ll go back and take a few more lettering classes to improve my style before I tackle another quote.
