UX Observations

- As observed in the above image, each service, like Transport, Food, is represented by both an icon and a clear label. This combination enhances recognition, reduces user effort, and supports accessibility for all user types, including those who are new to technology.
- The "Restaurants You May Like" section demonstrates personalization, offering suggestions based on past orders. This contributes to user satisfaction by making the app feel responsive and tailored to individual preferences.

- In the above image, the pickup and drop-off locations are displayed on the map with editable fields. As seen in the image, arrow icons next to these fields allow users to quickly update their route without navigating backward, saving time and improving overall efficiency.
- Multiple cab options are shown, for instance, Standard, 6-Seater, each with a checkbox. This allows users to select more than one option, increasing booking flexibility, especially useful during peak hours or emergencies.
- A calendar icon is used for ride scheduling, following familiar UI standards. Users can easily interpret this due to its consistent use across digital products, reflecting the UX principle of consistency and standards.
- Finally, the call-to-action button at the bottom clearly states the selected ride type “Book Standard (JustGrab)”, allowing users to confirm their choice before booking. This helps with error prevention and gives users confidence in their final action.
