34 minute fire averted

I'm happy with this - not because it's a design masterpiece, but because the materials used were all reclaimed so fire and smoke were averted. I was just about to order some high-grade plywood when I received a delivery that came in a crate - all except the bottom was about 10mm and all the panels were buckled. So just dipped in water and placed heavy weights for about a week, then glued the thin ply to make thick ply - had to change the slotted design to struts because it was not long enough. It doesn't need any fasteners, but I added two screws for stability.34 minute fire averted - image 1 - student project...my cats are half-feral and refused to pose.

The only thing I spent money on was the cushion - it's unusable without the cushion.

I'll probably paint some parts later, but less than 50%.
