Crear un retrato de animales, con mucho personaje

I love this so much! First of all, I love owls. They might be my spirit animal. And you did such a great job. You say this is your first original composition! You did amazing with shading and adding that feathery texture!!

Thanks. I've practiced and studied Skill Share tutorials for about two weeks. First time I got brave enough to fly solo. I like your tutorial about texture. It freed me from the stiff hatching tutorials I had watched and let me sorta do my own thing when it comes to texture and shading. I don't have the right pens yet, but ordered them along with the new Indigraph fountain pen. Have you heard of it? Good as it looks? Doesn't dry out because of tiny water reservoir? Expensive, but thought I'd try it.

I hadn't heard of that pen. Thank you for sharing! I am very interested now. I'm excited for you. Let me know how you like it!

I studied pen and ink for a couple of weeks and enjoyed Brenda's freedom with textures. It gave me the push to try my first original composition in pen and ink with a bit of watercolor.
