Hi everyone.
So I used this image(not mine) which was in low res already color corrected.

 

At the first time I tried to draw some shapes and apply Liquify effect. But it doesn't work well, because my computer started lagging. So i used method from the class.
I additionally used RG Trapcode Shine Particular. Also want you to notice these reflections on the wall :3

Thanks for tutorial, was very interesting. Would be cool to see more After Effects tutors from the author :)
