First thing is look closely at punctuation. You're not capitalizing the beginning of words and it looks unprofessional. Small things like that can be enough to cause people to move on.  Second, bigger thing, is your profile overview doesn't include any proof. It talks about who you are and some class you took, how you like to work, etc. As a client, I don't care about any of that. I want to know what you've DONE. How do I know I can trust you? You need to lead with proof, continue with proof and end with proof. That's the #1 thing that should be in your profile overview.  Further, your profile overview is way too long and disorganized. You need to be able to summarize the key points. I'd guess most people take one look at your overview and just immediately click away. No way they're reading all that.
